Shipping & delivery

Our online–store are to be understood as ex–factory.

Goods that are marked as “available” in the online store will be delivered immediately after receipt of the order and after receipt of advance payment, generally within a maximum of 3-5 working days.
We will indicate any deviating delivery times on the respective product page.
Delivery times and delivery dates are generally non-binding, but we endeavor to deliver as quickly as possible via shipping service providers.
It should be noted that our products are not mass-produced items and delivery bottlenecks cannot always be avoided.
In such cases, we can execute the order in partial deliveries.
Delivery times for larger quantities are expressly agreed separately in writing.
The delivery date shall be postponed in cases of force majeure or the occurrence of unforeseen events beyond our control.
The delivery date shall also be postponed if the customer is in default with the obligations incumbent upon him, such as the handover of documents or other types of cooperation.
Our goods are delivered by GLS; the place of fulfillment for all transactions is the company location.
When the goods are shipped, the risk of loss or damage to the goods shall only pass to the consumer as soon as the goods are delivered to the consumer or to a third party designated by the consumer who is different from the carrier.
However, if the consumer has concluded the contract of carriage himself without making use of a selection option proposed by us, the risk is transferred to the carrier as soon as the goods are handed over.
From a value of goods of €250, free shipping applies to Germany, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Denmark.
From a goods value of €40 for products in the “Living” category (blankets, pillows, hot water bottles, etc.), free shipping applies for Germany, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Denmark.
